We strive to provide effective and safe pest control solutions. However, we do not guarantee permanent eradication due to external factors beyond our control.

3. User Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services.
• Grant access to your property during scheduled appointments.
• Follow any preparation instructions provided before treatment.
• Inform us of any special conditions, such as pets or medical sensitivities.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in delays, incomplete treatments, or additional charges.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Refund Policy

• All service pricing is determined based on property size, infestation level, and service type.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• We accept payment via credit card, check, or cash.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Refunds are not provided once a service is rendered, except as required by law.

5. Service Appointments and Scheduling

• Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Customers must provide reasonable access to the property for service to be performed.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide pest control services with care and diligence. Certain treatments may come with limited warranties, which will be specified in your service agreement.

We do not guarantee complete pest eradication due to variables outside our control, including but not limited to environmental conditions and customer compliance.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, On The Fly Pest Pros is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of use, data, or profits
• Damages resulting from customer failure to follow instructions or provide accurate information

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable service.
